Since the year 2013, Blu Skye Productions has been documenting socially relevant films for families and individuals giving them a voice, their voice, about issues of importance to them in their lives.

My name is Roger Richard and I am the proprietor of
Blu Skye Productions, a locally owned media video production company nestled in the hills of Dubuque Iowa along the Mississippi River.
I attended University of Dubuque and Loras College, and studied at Clarke University, receiving a Bachelors Degree in the field of Media Studies, class of 2014, May. I have an AA degree in Advertising, Marketing, and Management from NICC, class of 1999, December and again the class of 2000, May.
