BUREAU OF GRASS ROOTS CONSUMER PROTECTIONS
The purpose of this Bureau is to give to THE PEOPLE control over their lives concerning scams, fraud, and unethical acts by commercial and corporate businesses, the government, and ill-gained opportunities of foreign entities affecting the lives and the standards of living of all Americans.
DESIGN AND STRUCTURE
There will be eight sub divisions which will be laid out to coincide with the current 4 times zones horizontally, divided vertically from West to East through the middle of America using the States as the North and South border thus creating the eight Regional Sub Divisions. Divisions 1, 2, 3, and 4 will be the West Regional Sub Divisions and 5, 6, 7, and 8 will be the East Regional Sub Divisions.
Each division will elect a chair person and a vice chairperson to oversee the meetings. The vice chairperson will take detailed minutes of all meetings including each person in attendance and forward the minutes the day after each meeting to the National Headquarters.
The Sub Divisions will gather any and all information of issues concerning Americans and discuss these issues at length and place each issue in order of value and relative importance to society.
The eight Regional Sub Divisions will report all issues and concerns to their respective West and East Division Bureaus with their results and conclusions at the end of each month.
The West and East Division Bureaus will receive and review the issues and information from each Regional Sub Division and place a value priority on each issue. The Division Bureaus will then report their findings of all issues and concerns to the Bureau of Grass Roots Consumer Protections National Headquarters, Washington D. C., at the end of each month after the East/West Divisions evaluated and finalized their reports from the Regional Sub Divisions.
The Bureau of Grass Roots Consumer Protections, National Headquarters will address each issue and concern received from the Division Bureaus and evaluate and prioritize the issues and concerns and report directly to the President.
COMMITTEE MEMBERS
The Regional Sub Divisions will have 20 committee members each, the East and West Divisions will have 25 committee members each, and the National Headquarters will have 25 members to review the West Division issues and concerns and 25 members to review the East Division issues and concerns and there will be 20 members to finalize the combined East and West member results to send to the President.
QUALIFICATIONS
Every citizen of the United States who earns less than $250 thousand dollars ($249,000 and less) per year will be eligible to submit their name to a computer listing to determine who will be on the committees in each of the division.
The minimum age to serve on any of the committees will be 16 years old.
The names will be randomly chosen by the computer at the National Headquarters for each division.
New committee members will be randomly chosen every year from the computer data base.
Every member will be courteous and respectful to each member.
Committee members will meet once a week for 1-2 hours each month of their one year term, by zoom or in person.
Members will decide what the most important issues and concerns are to be pursued for America and its citizens, to be addressed and investigated for the protective rights of all Americans.
They choose and rate the relevant issues in today’s society to present to their Division Bureau.
There will be a designated pay scale for each member to be determined at a later date.
EAST AND WEST DIVISIONS
The East and West Divisions will meet once a week, for 1-2 hours and review the issue and concern recommendations from their Regional Sub-Divisions. They will rate the relevant issues and concerns concerning society.
They are not bound totally to choose the top issues or concerns. If they feel another issue or two is more important or relevant, they can substitute issues and concerns as needed. They will inform the sub Division of their decisions.
The West and East Divisions will prioritize and submit their recommended issues and concerns to the National Headquarters, Washington D. C.
NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS COMMITTEE
The National Committee will review and evaluate the issues and concerns and then recommend issues and concerns for the President to act upon.
PRESIDENT
The President assigns the relevant and important issues accordingly and will be reported back to periodically of the progress and various stages completed by the assignees. To be continued

ELECTION INTERFERENCE
THE TWO PARTY SYSTEM
This 2024 Presidential election as I am seeing it, is a controlled election by the Pubs and Dems, as well as the Main Stream News Media. The News Media gives no credence and no respect to third party candidates. Main Stream News Media controls which candidates are to be heard on their stations and what policies, issues, and concerns are to be presented to the public – policies important for the public to make an informed and educated decision who they want representing them.
The news media does not tell you what you want to hear or what you should be hearing in order to make a conscientious and responsible decision about who’s policies you want to vote for - they tell you what they want you to hear and who they want you to hear it from. The media has its biases and is bias. It is very apparent and obvious which candidate(s) the national media is leaning toward.
Sadly it is strictly a two party system and the choice comes down to voting against who you don’t like rather than voting for who you do like, when you don’t like either candidate or your choices are limited to weak candidates. Many voters are voting for the lesser of two evils. Some voters are not voting at all. This is what the Presidential elections has come to for the last four elections, in my opinion anyway. The media has a power, a very powerful means for controlling or at the least swaying the thinking of America. The national media chooses what they want you to hear.
I am not an alarmist or a conspiracist, I am Just sayin what I have experienced first - hand during my interactions and understandings of the media while campaigning the last two Presidential elections. The national news media is in control of the brainwaves of Americans.
Politics changes the character of most of our politicians. They are no longer common sense open-minded people with a conscience or respectability. They are part of a cult-like cōteriē - a selective group of people with shared interests, especially a group that is ex-clusive of other people. The DNC is led by a leader who has ultimate control and one who dictates what their fellow members are to do and say. They fall in line with the party’s interest so-be-it.
And the Pubs are one of the most dysfunctional families ever, in the history of mankind. There is not much to say about the RNC that is not already known because it is widely publicized on the quandaries and troubles of the Pubs and it would be too much information to mention. Most people know of the alleged hustling of underage girls, space lasers and forest fires, drinking bleach for Covid, Cruz’s father supposedly in on JFK assignation, Dems controlling the weather, etc., etc.
The DNC and RNC are cult-like organizations who run their schemes from behind the scene. Their member’s minds are controlled by their same hidden agendas.
As an example, the Dems rigged their own parties election in 2016 because they didn’t want Bernie Sanders to be their choice as a Presidential candidate over Hillary Clinton. There were also leaked DNC emails showing committee staffers had deliberately tried to sabotage Sanders’ campaign. DNC chairperson Schultz criticizing Sanders for not being a member of the party and saying he would never be President. Wasserman Schultz served as a co-chair of Clinton's 2008 Presidential campaign.
The DNC rigged their own party election against Bernie Sanders, and ousted their own Senator Al Franken from Congress without a party hearing, but said and did nothing about the head of the DNC rigging their party’s election, is that corruption? Is Wasserman Schultz still holding office for the Dems?
The RNC is also a cult-like organization and their followers have all kinds of issues and turmoil in their party as note earlier.
Neither party has a viable candidate in this 2024 Presidential election. One party or the other should have a comfortable lead in the polls, considering all the problems, issues, and shortfalls of each candidate, but neither one has a sizeable lead. Ms. Harris should have gotten a significant lead in the polls from her late-in-the-campaign endorsements from Taylor Swift, Bruce Springsteen, and Beyonce but she is statistically tied in the polls with her opponent. What does this say about the 2024 election?
Late night talk shows and the democratic leaning news media are trying so, so, so hard to discredit Ms. Harris’s opponent with fact after fact and his opponents own words and video footage but nothing is working for her. Ms. Harris may not win this 2024 election but if she does it may not be by much. What is wrong with our Country, what does this say about our Country except maybe we have two very, very weak candidates. America deserves better.
Ms. Harris has raised a record $1 billion in her short time of this campaign but she is basically tied with her opponent. And after all this billion dollar fund raising - the Dems are pretty much tied in the polls and still begging for $5 donations.
And there is really nothing unknown about her opponent. He is like an open book of information. He has raised close to a billion dollars himself and has many, many detractors and impediments, and he seems to be reinventing himself almost daily. But they both are still very, very close in the polls.
Glory be people, why doesn’t any of this make common sense? This cannot be real. Hopefully we all are having a very bad dream and when we wake up we will be awaken to reality – whatever that is anymore.
Our election is winding down with the candidates conducting themselves in sub-par behavior - vindictive name calling, and malicious playground rhetoric. They are demeaning the other candidate with negativity, vitriol, and rage, with contempt, condescension, and child-like behavior. This election has come down to negative name calling and demeaning the other candidate. Is this who we are -- is this who they are -- all the negativity and name calling?
Is this the direction our Country is headed in. Is this our future - vitriol, threats, retaliation, hyperbole? We – deserve -- better. America deserves better. What we need as a Country is to bring the suicide rate down, we need clean air and water, truth and honest, a balanced budget, stop the legalized stealing by corporations, consumer protections, world peace, and the list goes on, and on. Our nation’s character should be pro-gressing not re-gressing. Integrity and respect should be the cornerstone of our Democracy. Dignity and grace should be our guidance, and self-respect and pride should be the manner in which we should be conducting ourselves, as candidates and as a Country. DARK TIMES
A DARK DAY IN AMERICA
It’s a ‘Dark Day’ in America, ‘Dark Times’ are here, there is no end in sight.
For the record, I am not a Republican nor am I a Democrat. When it comes to politics I am an atheist. I firmly do not believe in the Pubs and I firmly do not believe in the Dems. I do not believe either party is capable of bringing us together as a united Country, at least not in our lifetime anyway. There is too much hatred and vitriol amongst them.
In a January 1838 speech, in Springfield, Illinois, Abraham Lincoln stated: "At what point then is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer, if it ever reach us, it must spring up amongst us. It cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide."
President Lincoln, in my opinion anyway, predicted that we will not be destroyed by any one body abroad, but we will be the author of our own destruction. We, as a Country, we as a Democracy, will survive or die by suicide - of our own behavior.
America is the land of hopes and dreams, except when the national news media and the DNC and RNC - the forces within, get in our way. The mainstream media is in control of America’s brain waves. Mainstream media controls which candidates are allowed to talk on their station, and what the candidates are allowed to talk about concerning their policies and issues to the American people on their media stations. It kinda sounds like what happens on Communist media stations. Just sayin I apologize if I am a bit harsh and brutally honest. But mainstream media controls the candidates and the message the media wants to be allowed. Independent and third party candidates are not allowed to have access to mainstream media viewers unless the plutocrats allow it.
I am not a politician or a member of the controlling two party system but my policies are more pragmatic, sensible, and are more citizen - The People - oriented. It's sad that National media is stifling the 'American Dream' for its citizens. Like the 'American Dream' of growing up and someday being 'President'. With the political rhetoric and media bias this is simply and factually not true, unless you are part of the two party system. The media controls the news and our minds.
The national news media is a strong proponent of the two party system. They give no credence or respect to an independent or third party candidates. The national news media caters wholeheartedly to the major candidates of the two party system. The mainstream media need to stop treating independent and third party candidates like ‘garbage’. The current exception is Robert Kennedy who had received diminutive fragments of news coverage (because of his last name) only to be ridiculed and oppressed by the press. Candidates who have important, significant, and noteworthy policies, issues, and concerns, such as my platform, are ignored and disrespected because they do not have name recognition or the support system the major parties have. The biased national news media provide for the two major party candidates and ignores other candidates with equivalent or better policies.
One example of the power and control of the national news media is how the national news media made Donald John Trump what he is today. They have no one to blame but themselves for the current election conundrum we are in for this 2024 Presidential election cycle. The mainstream media shares a very large part of responsibility for the control he has on our Country today.
Ever since 2015 when he cruised down the golden elevator, the media performed wall to wall, hour to hour, minute to minute, daily coverage of him. Trump was a goldmine of media profits - for advertising sales, revenues, and their bottom line – for what, for - Greed – Ratings - Revenue. After building him up, mainstream media then took the next four years trying to tear him down and expose him for what he is. Over ten thousand lies and eight years later, the news media is still trying to expose the ‘villain trump’. Thank you media; Your Greed for Revenue, and Gluttony for the number one ‘rating’ in your industry has created a national ‘anxiety’ crisis for our Country’s 2024 Presidential election. This is truly a medical crisis for most Americans.
The sad part of this dilemma is the fact that the media has no conscience, no guilt, no remorse, they think they are infallible, and they know they are a very, very, very powerful predatory creature, controlling the airwaves, news, and information.
Another example of the power and control of the national news media, is how the media purveyed Kamala Harris as the ‘savior and redeemer’ of our Country from President Biden and ‘villain trump’ after the Dems literally forced President Biden out of the Presidential race for 2024. She is not the best person the Dems could have nominated. She was the first major candidate to drop out of the Presidential race in 2020. She could not get many people and organizations to raise enough money to support her Presidential bid. And then in the fourth debate of 2020 she was standing on Joe Biden’s left on stage and looked him in the eye and proceeded to call him in so many words, a segregationist. (July 31, 2020)
And then Biden and Tulsi Gabbard proceeded in this debate to accuse Ms. Harris of being a weak California prosecutor who was accused of having two of the most segregated school districts in our Country during her time as attorney general and did nothing about it, her law enforcement division hid information from the defense lawyers, which the Court agreed and freed a thousand of those defendants (she denied wrongdoing), she was accused of incarcerating over 1500 marijuana offenders and then laughed when asked if she ever smoked pot, and she opposed DNA testing for a man on death row, according to Ms. Gabbard and Mr. Biden. Joe Biden eventually chose her, of all the possible candidates to choose from, for his Vice President. Or maybe it was more than likely the DNC who chose her for Joe Biden’s running mate. There was no reason for Mr. Biden to have voluntarily picked someone who accused him of racist behavior.

Kamala Harris (D-CA), a leading candidate to be Joe Biden’s running mate, repeatedly and openly defied U.S. Supreme Court orders to reduce overcrowding in California prisons while serving as the state’s attorney general, according to legal documents reviewed by the Prospect. Even though Ms. Harris is not the best possible Presidential choice for the Dems, she is a likable person, a nice enough person, but she is also a Democrat. No matter who the Dems would have picked for their nominee, there is nothing they would do to heal or be good for our Country; because the Dems and the Pubs bitterly hate each other. There is so much name calling in this 2024 Presidential election they seem like children on a playground calling each other mean, nasty, names. Both candidates are making promises, but providing no substance or facts about how they are going to pay for or support any of their false promises. They are resigned to calling each other ‘garbage’ and ‘fascist’.
One side note about garbage, my garbage goes in the recycling bin and to my compost for my garden. Garbage is very important to me and is a valuable part of my life. Garbage is not always a bad thing. It’s about how you care about it. Human Beings are not garbage. Some Humans may be despicable persons but Human Beings are not garbage. This name calling has to stop.
The fact is that Kamala Harris is not the best candidate for the job of President of the United States of America. There were other choices who would have been much, much better nominees. Apparently the DNC wanted Ms. Harris as their choice for the Presidential nominee, for whatever reason, and all the other potential Democratic nominees, as in cults, fell in line with the DNC’s command. Even the Communist parties have dissenters (Navalny, etc). The DNC followed the same nominee process in 2016 when the DNC decided secretively that they wanted Hillary Clinton to be nominated as their Presidential candidate. Having said that, Mrs. Clinton was a much stronger candidate for President than Ms. Harris is. I believe I can say that Mrs. Clinton was unofficially the first female President of the United States based on the fact that she earned about three million more votes than her opponent. (Another reason to be opposed to the Electoral College?) Just sayin
The Republican National Committee (RNC) and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) are quasi-cult-like cōteriēs. The RNC is one of the most dysfunctional families in the history of mankind. This is proven, verified election interference; this is corruption and election tampering. This is against the law or it should be.
The DNC also forced Senator Al Franken to resign immediately and they refused to allow a party investigation that he requested. He was assumed guilty by most his fellow democrats, beside the fact that everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty in our Country; except in a quasi-cult-like cōteriē. Another fact is one that forced President Biden out of running for re-election this 2024 election. This is Elderly Discrimination, elderly abuse, Equal Rights Discrimination, and is against the Law, unless you are in the Democratic Party. Nothing the DNC did to these three gentlemen was legitimate, legal/ethical, or in any way equal to the election interference, corruption, and election tampering by the head of the DNC in 2016. Was she forced to resign immediately from Congress or does she still have her Congressional job? Is this a double standard of the DNC? Just sayin

I am curious what these ladies, colleagues of these three gentlemen, said of the head of the DNC’s behavior and should she be held to a higher standard also?
Mr. Sanders running for President is not against the law. Discriminating against him is against the law and trying to rig an election is also against the law. What Mr. Franken was accused of was not proven and he should have been innocent until proven guilty, and President Biden was a victim of Age Discrimination. Was the head of the DNC held accountable the way these three Democratic gentlemen were? Should the head of the DNC been held to a higher standard like the other three gentlemen? Was the Democratic Party held accountable for discriminating against an elderly person; for discriminating against a sitting President of the United States of America?
The fact is the Dems and Pubs are never going to bring our Country together, at least in our lifetime. The two party system is destructive toward and more than likely will destroy our Democracy. Only politically blind people cannot see and realize this fact. Common sense does not prevail in our Country. Just sayin
“Let me be clear’" Ms. Harris is not the best candidate the DNC could have nominated. She has the support of most of the major celebrities, Swift, Lopez, Springsteen, Beyonce, De Niro, Opra, James, to name just a few. The late night talk shows are overwhelmingly showing their support for Ms. Harris as is the biased mainstream news media, and many Pubs are even supporting Ms. Harris, but would they be supporting her if there was a different Republican candidate? Ms. Harris also has the gifted party orators, the Clintons and the Obamas, speaking on her behalf. Even Saturday Night Live gave Ms. Harris a backdoor last minute endorsement and some free air-time political advertisement November 2, 2024. The Democrats also raised over a billion dollars on Ms. Harris's behalf since she was nominated. Having said all of this, the polls indicate both candidates are in a statistical tie. Why? Need I say more?
Mrs. Obama said October 26, 2024 in Kalamazoo, Michigan, “Why on earth is this race even close?” As reported by The Hill.1 The answer to that question Mrs. Obama is simple, the fact is that Ms. Harris is a weak candidate put forth by the quasi-cult-like cōteriē called the DNC. The Democrats should be irrefutably ahead in the polls considering all the baggage and what-not their opponent has accumulated over the years. It is an embarrassment for the Dems that the polls are this close. If the Dems barely win, this election will be a dark day for the Democratic Party. If they lose this election, it will be a very dark day for politics and for our Country. Just sayin
